1. Introduction

Invix understands the importance of personal information to you, and our company will take corresponding security measures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements to ensure the security and controllability of your personal information. 2. How do we collect and use your personal information

During the operation of Invix, it is necessary to collect your device's unique identification code to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through application startup data and abnormal error log analysis, providing users with better services. We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this agreement:

(1) Log in as a Invix user

Our application is one click login, and the system information you log in to is used as a unique identification for the user, so that they can log in to our application again and view your product content in the future. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information. The above information will be stored within this application. If it needs to be transmitted externally, we will obtain your authorization and consent separately.

(2) Third party SDK statistical services to improve our products or services

We collect data based on your interaction with us and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. The data we collect may include browsers, Internet service providers, platforms, timestamps, application identifiers, application versions, application distribution channels, independent device identifiers, international mobile device identifiers, device models, terminal manufacturers, terminal operating system versions, language locations, time zones and network status, MAC addresses, etc.

3. How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information

(1) Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any other company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

7) It is necessary to sign and perform contracts according to the requirements of the personal information subject;

8) Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the provided products or services, such as discovering and dealing with faults in the products or services;

9) Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.

According to legal regulations, sharing or transferring personal information that has undergone de identification processing, and ensuring that the data recipient cannot recover and re identify the personal information subject, does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. The storage and processing of such data will not require separate notice to you and your consent.

4. How do we protect your personal information

(4) The Internet environment is not 100% secure. We will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send us. If our physical, technical, or management protective facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering, or destruction of information, which damages your legitimate rights and interests, we do not assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

(5) In the event of an unfortunate personal information security incident, we will promptly inform you in accordance with legal requirements of the basic situation and possible impacts of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and remedial measures for you. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation of the event through email, letter, phone, push notifications, and other means. If it is difficult to inform the personal information subject one by one, we will take reasonable and effective measures to publish an announcement.
